According to The Windsor Star, Jason Castellan is making a $136.2 million bet on the Windsor economy.
Skyline Apartment Real Estate Trust has purchased 23 rental properties, an opportunity provided by an improving economy. This deal will be one of the largest for the region and includes 1,685 rental units, which will make Skyline the city of Windsor's largest landlord.
