When Pointe West was in its developmental stages, Gary Barbesin was selected to place a sales office fronting the entrance of the course to oversee the sales of the residential building lots in all six phases for the Pointe West development.

Also, Gary became affiliated with the Gates of Glengarda Development and has much experience with condominium sales.
