The Olde Walkerville Area

Gary Barbesin, President and Broker of Record of Results Realty Inc., was at the forefront when the CEO of Hiram Walker & Sons Limited decided to relocate to Windsor. This new friendship launched Gary’s residential dealings with the incoming of new employees for Hiram Walker. Later as they were restructuring the company, Gary became the head Commercial Sales Broker for all of the surplus commercial buildings which were located in the heart of Olde Walkerville. This was the impetus that generated interest in the redevelopment and refurbishment of the Olde Walkerville area.
